Return & Refund Policy

1.Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 15 days. No refund or exchange will be accepted if more than 15 days have passed since purchase.

2.Return Requirements

Items eligible for return must meet the following criteria

·Brand new and unused

·Complete with original packaging and all accessories

·Free from damage, scratches or wear

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made, modified, personalized or reconditioned goods;

Consumables and opened or used spare parts.

3.Refund Process

We will email you upon receipt and inspection of your returned item to inform you of the refund approval result.

Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within several business days.

4.Delayed or Missing Refunds

Please check your bank account first if you have not received the refund.

Contact your credit card issuer, as fund display may take some time.

You may also consult your bank for relevant processing delay.

5.Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged original products.

6.Gift Orders

If marked as a gift and delivered directly to you, you will receive an equivalent gift voucher after we receive the returned goods.

If not marked as a gift or delivered to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the original buyer, who will be notified of the return.

7.Shipping Instructions

Send returned goods to the designated address:5/17 George Young Street, Auburn NSW 2144.

Return shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer and are non-refundable. Charges will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Delivery time of exchanged items varies by region.

Shipments valued over 100AUD are recommended to be sent with tracking or insurance. We assume no liability for lost returned parcels.
